Hsot Chows is comprised of my husband and I, and at the moment, 6 chows. We have loved the Chow-Chow breed for nearly 20 years and finally decided to try our hands at conformation showing. Having worked for a veterinarian for nearly 17 years I wanted to try and improve the stereotypes of the breed. Concentrating on temperament, I spayed the pet I had acquired and set out to look for a more quality dog who could provide me with my start.

After attending many AKC shows, I found my first conformation Chow in 2002 from Foggy Mountain Chow-Chows. He was exactly what I was looking for. This dog became my first Champion and became the # 9 Breed #12 All Breed Chow Chow for 2005 all owner/handled. I was hooked.



Hsot Chows is focused on producing quality companions that are healthy, have stable temperaments, and can be competitive in the show ring.
